Nuevo álbum de U2 saldrá a finales de este año

Paul McGuinness se ha dado a la tarea de acabar con todos los rumores del nuevo álbum de los irlandeses. Asegura que no habrá álbum hasta que finalice el "360° Tour"

Han pasado varios meses desde que Bono adelantara a la prensa que el nuevo disco de la banda se titularía "Songs Of Ascent", y aunque nunca comentó fecha de salida, la prensa, desesperada, se aventuró a decir que probablemente saldría en junio de este año, así es que ante tanto rumor su mánager ha desmentido los rumores y ha aclarado que hasta finales de año, nada de nada.

Sin embargo, lo que sí se mantiene son las supuestas canciones que podrían estar en el nuevo material, que fueron grabadas durante las sesiones de "No Line On The Horizon": 'Kingdom Of Your Love', 'Winter' (que se incluyó en la banda sonora del filme de Jim Sheridan "Brothers"), 'Every Breaking Wave', 'If I Could Live My Life Again', 'Love Is All We Have Left', 'North Star', 'Mercy', 'Lead Me In The Way I Should Go' y 'You Can't Give Away Your Heart'.

Éstos son hasta ahora los títulos que suenan, pero nada es seguro para el nuevo trabajo de estudio. También se comenta que se mantendrán con el mismo productor Brian Eno, Daniel Lanois y Steve Lillywhite. Tendremos que esperar a que se vayan filtrando nuevas noticias de los irlandeses.

Aerosmith suspende concierto en Argentina por logística

 Malas noticias para los fans argentinos de Aerosmith: por el momento, la banda suspendió su presentación en Buenos Aires, que iba a realizarse el próximo 27 de mayo en el Hipódromo de San Isidro.

El encargado de revelar la noticia fue el baterista Joey Kramer con un mensaje a través de twitter, en donde explicó que el problema fue por problemas de organización del recinto. “Le pido perdón a los fans de Argentina. El lugar no pudo resolverlo”, señaló el músico.

Por el momento, el resto del tramo sudamericano de la gira sigue intacto: la banda estará visitando Costa Rica, Perú, Chile, Brasil, Venezuela y Colombia.
